About Our Factory

WH International Casting in La Mirada, California, markets and distributes products made through precision casting and vacuum molding to the United States and around the world. Our products are manufactured at the factory locations of our partner, Shanxi Huaxiang Group Co., Ltd; a private, joint-stock company, based in China.

Business Divisions

Huaxiang’s registered capital is 363 million RMB and it has a staff of 3,500. Huaxiang administers three business divisions: the Precision Manufacturing Division, Construction Machinery Division, and Precision Machinery Division. These three divisions are located in Linfen City of Shanxi Province and the Shunde District of Guangdong Province, forming Huaxiang’s North-South, echoed business operating structure.

Current Production

At present, Huaxiang has eight precision casting production lines and three vacuum molding production lines imported from Denmark and Japan. These lines have an annual casting capacity of 250,000 tons and Huaxiang has an annual machining capacity of 60 million pieces. Huaxiang has taken the top spot in supplying home appliance components and construction machinery components in China. Huaxiang has a good grasp of DISA and vacuum casting processes. It can produce various castings of grey iron, ductile iron, and alloy iron.

Expanding Facilities

From the beginning of 2009, based on the premise of green manufacturing and in order to extend the industrial chain and increase added value, Huaxiang started to build its equipment manufacturing industrial park. Located in Linfen, Shanxi Province, it covers an area of 520,000 square meters.

Business Plan & Targets

Huaxiang is carrying out an international business strategy and endeavors to make sure its business is fully compliant with the rules and norms of international trading. In 2002, it was simultaneously awarded Quality System Certificate ISO9001:2000, Environmental Management System Certificate ISO14001:1996, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate OHSAS18001:1999. In 2010, it passed the audit of ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System.

According to our five-year strategic plan, Huaxiang projects to reach its strategic target of “13530” in the next three years. In detail, “13530” represents annual machining capacity of 100 million pieces, annual casting capacity of 350,000 tons, and annual sales of 3 billion RMB. At this time, Huaxiang’s products cover automobile components, railway components, home appliance components; components for petroleum, construction, and agricultural machinery; and the new, green energy industry—among other areas.
