Western Fence and Rail Company was founded in 2014. We are a family owned and operated, full service fence contractor serving the metro Portland area. The name Western comes from the owner's and founder, Chris Lee and Felix Chulim for their love of the Western Landscape, West Coast and John Wayne.

We design, fabricate, install, replace, and repair fences and sell materials for do-it-yourselfers. Our list of customers includes homeowners, businesses, farms, schools, airports, and government buildings. We can do any type of fence and have installation crews of varied sizes to handle any project from a small repair to fencing an entire complex. We are licensed and fully insured for the protection of our staff and customers and will provide a certificate of insurance on request.
