West Kirkland Mining is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “WKM”. The Company was formed to focus on gold exploration in North America and today has consolidated significant mineral rights positions in the major gold trends of Nevada and Utah.In April of 2014 West Kirkland Mining acquired a 75% interest in the Hasbrouck Project near Tonopah, Nevada, located between Reno and Las Vegas along Highway 95 in Esmeralda County.  The Hasbrouck Project encompasses two oxide gold-silver deposits, Hasbrouck, and eight kilometers north, Three Hills. The Company has the right to make an offer for the remaining 25% or the project will be transferred into a 75% (West Kirkland) 25% (Waterton Precious Metals Fund II) joint venture. West Kirkland has also earned a 60% interest in the TUG gold deposit in northwestern Utah (40% held by Newmont) adjacent to Newmont’s Long Canyon properties in Nevada.
