DUMPSTER DELIVERY, PLACEMENT AND REMOVAL

• We recommend that Customer or an authorized adult be on site during delivery to ensure the dumpster is placed in the correct spot.

• If dumpster is placed on asphalt, concrete, or grass (i.e. Customer’s driveway, pad or yard) there is a potential of damage due to the weight and nature of dumpsters. We Dump Dumpsters Co. will not be held liable for any damages occurring from normal operations of loading and unloading the dumpster.

• If the dumpster will be placed on public property (i.e., street, parking lot, etc.), Customer is responsible for obtaining permission and permits if required. Customer is responsible for any fines for improper placement of the dumpster. It is the customers’ responsibility to clear a 50 ft area from the front of the dumpster on both delivery and pickup days. If this is not done then a “Go Back” fee of $150 will be added to the total due, and the pickup or delivery date will have to be rescheduled.

• If the dumpster is loaded to an exceedingly heavy weight in that our equipment cannot safely remove it, Customer will be responsible for unloading the dumpster to a weight that is safe to haul (under 6 tons).
