Watersoftware has it's roots in a company called Commercial Business Systems founded in Marion, IN in 1975 by Mike McCarty, Mike Jacobs, and John York. Soon thereafter in 1977, WaterSoftWare was brought to market had quickly became the leader in using office technology to automate and streamline the management of water treatment dealerships. We have remained true to our roots and maintain our offices here in Marion. We have been able to maintain a steady and knowledgable employee base over the years which is reflected with a current average tenure of over 20 years! Our staff are not only professional software developers but also experts in the business nuances of a typical water treatment dealership. In addition to the water treatment industry, CBS also has a business management software package for tire dealers.
