Waste Walkers functions as a contracted amenity to property managers for multiple types of residences; Apartments, Condos, student housing, senior housing, townhome communities, etc.

Residents bag their waste Sunday-Thursday and leave it in their waste receptacle outside of their door at the designated time. Walkers arrive and transport the waste from the residents doorstep to the community dumpster. Walkers clean trash around the dumpster area and then depart. Residents bring receptacle back in and repeat when that bag fills.

The value Waste Walkers offers to its clients is simple. We contract the work through the client and serve their communities with the trash valet service. No extra work or budget is needed from the client to have this amenity added. The client will make income off of our service and we provide a helpful and luxurious service to the communities they manage.
