1974 Transformation of the company into a GmbH

The managing directors Hans Klingebeil and Klaus Nass run the company together until 1990 . Thereafter, Klaus Nass is the sole managing director.

In 1995 operations were relocated from Nordhafen to Sympherstrasse. A newly established recycling company was established here, which meets the growing demands of the environment and the market significantly

In 2008, for reasons of age, the previous managing director resigned in March 2008 and Patrick Nass took over the management
