VRANCART SA Adjud was founded in 1977 under the name of the Vrancea Pulp and Paper Plant, a name that was changed in 1992 to VRANCART.

VRANCART SA Adjud is one of the most important producers of corrugated cardboard, corrugated cardboard paper and hygienic-sanitary papers in Romania, with an age of over 38 years in this field of activity.

Made from recyclable waste, VRANCART SA Adjud products are biodegradable and have no negative impact on the environment, which denotes a permanent concern for the protection of nature and the environment.

The main object of activity of VRANCART SA Adjud is the production and sale of the following products:

- corrugated cardboard in 2, 3 and 5 layers, with corrugations B, C, E, B + C, C + E;

- corrugated packaging (boxes) of different constructive, stamped and printed forms that cover a very varied range of uses;

- corrugated paper:schrenz for the smooth inner layer of the cardboard or for the inner cover, fluting from 100% waste, testliner 2 and 3, wrapping paper for industrial use, paper for tubes;

- hygienic-sanitary papers in various assortments: in the form of semi-finished product, rollers that are obtained after processing semi-finished paper, in single or double layer, from waste paper, cellulose and kitchen towels, professional rollers.

VRANCART SA Adjud currently recycles over 30% of the total waste collected nationally through its own centers in the country opened in: Bucharest - 3 centers, Arad, Arges, Bacau, Botosani, Brasov, Cluj, Constanta, Focsani, Iasi, Prahova , Sibiu, Timis. In the future, VRANCART SA Adjud aims to be the most important waste recycler based on cellulosic fibers and not only, an important depollutant of Romania.
