Volsca Ambiente e Servizi spa is a private limited company fully owned by the public administration.

Volsca Ambiente e Servizi SpA, established in 2010, sees as Partners / Customers the Municipalities of Albano Laziale, Genzano di Roma (September 2021) Lariano and Velletri. The main social activity consists in the performance of environmental hygiene services in general, with particular reference to the collection and transport of solid urban waste as well as door-to-door sweeping and separate collection activities; all in full compliance with current legislation.

Volsca Ambiente e Servizi is directed by a Board of Directors made up of three members: the President, Dr. Valentino Di Prisco, the Chief Executive Officer, Mauro Midei. and the Director Lucrezia Marangolo. The company organization is structured to adequately address the technical, administrative and legal aspects as well as have a workforce (Human Resources and Equipment) capable of ensuring the correct and suitable performance of the aforementioned services.

On 28/07/2017, in compliance with the provisions of art. 26 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 175/16, the Shareholders' Meeting of Volsca Ambiente e Servizi SpA approved the new Company Bylaws, which in art. 13 provides that the Shareholders jointly exercise powers of direction, coordination and supervision over the management of the urban hygiene service, also through the activities of the Strategic and Control Committee. To art. 14 the Articles of Association also provide that the Strategic and Control Steering Committee exercises strategic and control functions of the corporate bodies for the purpose of exercising similar and joint control over the management of the services subject to direct assignment by Local Authorities shareholders, as required by paragraphs 2 and 5 of art. 5 letter B of Legislative Decree 50/16 and subsequent amendments
