Vogan Manufacturing Inc. is a custom wire and metal forming company. We offer our customers CNC wire forming, fourslide wire forming, mechanical press forming and pneumatic wire forming capabilities.

These distinct and versatile forming capabilities enable us to make a wide range of formed wire products at very competitive prices. We take great pride in the high level of service and the quality parts that we are able to supply to our family of customers. Vogan Manufacturing began operation back in 1979 with the purchase of our first fourslide wire forming machine, however our fourslide forming experience dates back to 1964. In the years since 1979 we added additional fourslide forming machines, mechanical presses, welders, and other equipment to expand our production capabilities. In 1999 we purchased our first CNC wire forming machine, a Wafios machine to compliment our fourslide machines. In 2005 we added a second Wafios CNC machine to meet the increasing demand for CNC produced products. This new machine also allows us to form wire up to .375" in diameter.

We are located in the heart of beautiful Pennsylvania Dutch Country, approximately one hour west of Philadelphia. We are a family owned and operated business. Our employees average over 16 years of employment here at Vogan Manufacturing. This level of employee loyalty and experience enables us to provide quality parts and service to our customers.

Vogan Manufacturing offers free quotations for prototypes and production parts. We are able to quote from pdf files, digital pictures, AutoCAD files, faxed drawings, or sample parts. If you are designing a new product or redesigning an existing one, Vogan Manufacturing will be able to assist you. Because of our diverse forming capabilities no job is too small or too large. We have no minimum run requirements!
