Our brand names of Vitagrid and Maclock have become synonymous with versatility, quality and service. Manufacture of all our gratings, stairtreads, handrails and now also our new expanded metal products is strictly controlled. We are able to cater for standard panels, stairtreads and handrails in addition to offering a cut-to-size and tailoring service. Experience  The group offers a wealth of product expertise and have been involved in the supply to power plants, petro-chemical plants, materials handling projects, mining, process plants, food, beverage as well as most facets of the civil and structural engineering industries, both domestically and internationally. Available facilities include E.D.T. and CAD services to reduce time constraints. Fast track contracts of up to 4000m2 have also been undertaken. Our experienced shipping and dispatch departments are able to cater for our clients needs. Versatility  A variety of products and materials for numerous applications are readily available, when either costs or corrosion are factors. The range includes bitumen dipped, galvanised (610g/m2) and mild steel. Other grades of materials such as SS304, SS316, structural grade aluminium and 3CR12 are able to be manufactured.
