Isaac R. Cohen has a B.A. in architecture and has always worked in the construction field. He worked as a project manager for a high end residential architect while attending school. After he graduated he worked for the most important design firm in LatinAmerica , GVA y Asociados. When he relocated to Chicago in 2007, he started working for a construction company specializing in architectural metals. He then decided to join efforts with Mike, his father, to start their own family business.

Mike Ruiz has also a B.A. in architecture and has also worked in the construction field through all his career. When Mike moved to Evanston, he worked first for an independent handyman and then worked as a painter for a very renowned painting and restorating company (the one with the colored house logo). He then decided it was time to move on and started working independently.
