Viking tool was originally founded in 1954. Since that time, we have been known for our longevity, stability, progressive thinking and honesty as a company. Our market experience includes the furniture, automotive, marine, RV, toy, consumer goods and electrical to name a few.

Design :

A good start is important at Viking Tool. Our engineering staff is capable of product design, project management, tooling concepts and troubleshooting. We will even work up front in the customer's design stage to eliminate tooling issues before projects release. Every step of the way is completed in 3D CAD. Our design capabilities range from the very basic to complex prototype

or production. Viking can handle molds up to 50,000 lbs.

Manufacturing :

Once the concept is complete, the manufacturing process takes over. Our mold makers are experienced at taking designs and transforming them into a final product that meets or exceeds the industry standards. All processes are completed at Viking. We even have our own welding department to handle engineering changes. Shop floor programming, 2D and 3D CNC machining, EDM and polishing have our total attention to detail. Viking has built the shop floor around an "advanced technology" theory that allows us to repeat quality in an efficient and timely manner. We also work on emergency repairs, 24-7.
