The great-grandparents

There in the 20s of the last century, the germ of our company was the restless spirit of the great-grandparents of the current owners. Together with other activities they were already engaged in the sale of cardboard, rags, skins and scrap metal.

1941

The grandparents The grandparents of the current owners, Patro and Gabina, continued to dedicate themselves to this activity, complementing it with agriculture.

1957

Parents

The next generation, parents of the current owners, was the first to dedicate themselves exclusively to waste management, mainly scrap metal, metals, paper and cardboard. Julio García Viguera endowed the company with a character of professionalism and an entrepreneurial spirit, carrying out, among other things, the acquisition of a part of the land on which the company is currently located.

1998

Children

In 1998, the year of his father's retirement, Julio García Martínez took over the reins of the company. Dedicated to the family business for many years before, he transformed the business concept to Global Management, incorporating new means, facilities and placing special emphasis on the concept of Quality.

2011

The grandsons

Since 2012, Jose Manuel García has shared the management of the company with his father, bringing fresh air to the management team of Viguera.

The future

Today our family, which includes our employees, continues to grow and educate itself in the values ​​of conservation, technology, reuse and respect for the environment. Therefore we predict a long road continuing the path of conservation and progress that our ancestors marked.
