Vest Incorporated is one of the largest producers of electric welded carbon steel tubing in the Western United States. We are located in the heavy industrial neighborhood of Los Angeles named Vernon.

Our facility consists of a single 350,000 square foot factory on 13 acres. All manufacturing, from coil slitting to mill production to re-cut and end finishing is handled under a common roof. Additionally, all finished product is stored in that same factory so products are never exposed to the elements until they leave our door, properly tarped, to arrive in the best condition possible.

Vest is located less than 3 miles from several major freeways and 15 miles from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Additionally we are rail served by the Union Pacific Rail Road.

Our manufacturing capability from 6 state of the art tube mills includes Ornamental tubing from ½” x ½ square up to 3” x 3” and equivalent rectangles with wall thickness from .035” up to .120”. We also produce a full line of Mechanical tubes from 5/8” OD up to 4” OD all per ASTM-A-513. Custom shapes, such as ovals, are also available.

Vest is probably best known for its complete line of Hollow Structural Sections (HSS) produced in sizes as small as 1 ½” square up to 10” square from .120” wall thickness up to 5/8” thick. Our range of rectangular sections is the largest west of Chicago. All our HSS products are produced to meet or exceed ASTM-A-500 standards. We pride ourselves on regular rolling cycles to minimize the need for excessive inventories.
