Velvet CARE is not only a well-known brand. The company is made up of a 700-person team that shapes its position and values ​​every day. It is thanks to him that Velvet CARE is one of the largest manufacturers of hygiene products in Poland. We build the quality of our products together, respecting each other and bearing in mind the comprehensive needs of our customers.

Every day, Velvet CARE products reach Polish homes - under the logos of brands such as Velvet, Classic or Apsik, as well as in the form of our clients' own brands (retail chains). We feel responsible for their high quality and impact on the quality of life of Poles. The Velvet brand has been accompanying them in everyday life since 1997. It was the first brand of high-quality toilet paper and handkerchiefs on the Polish market. A few years later, kitchen towels were added to the assortment. Many of the products introduced since then are true innovations that have changed the lives of our consumers. Thanks to this, the Velvet brand has been a favorite brand of Poles for years and a synonym for the category.

Velvet CARE was established in August 2013, but its roots date back to 1897.
It was then, that is over 120 years ago, that the Paper Mill in Klucze near Olkusz was established. The Papiernia in Klucze and the Velvet brand have undergone several ownership changes over the past 20 years.
In 1996-2013, the company was part of the American concerns International Paper,
and then Kimberly Clark. Belonging to international corporations allowed the management staff to gain know-how and a global view of the business.
