Our history

Van Assche recycling is a real family business. Serge and Wendy Van Assche took over the business, which was then still located in Zele, in 1995 from Serge's parents. At the time, they were the 3rd generation Van Assche who took over the trade in waste paper. In 1997, land was bought on the industrial estate in Dendermonde and the Van Assche Recycling company in Dendermonde was created. In 1998 the succession was ensured by the birth of Bert Van Assche. After graduation, Bert started working in the family business at the age of 18. Both generations now successfully manage the ins and outs of the recycling and collection of waste paper and waste from both companies and private individuals.

Mission

We collect paper and cardboard from companies, but everyone is always welcome to deliver waste paper and cardboard to us in Dendermonde. As an extra service we also accept plastic foils, isomo and wood. All materials are sorted by us and brought to the actual processors, so that everything can be 100% recycled. We ensure that we provide a perfect service to our clientele and this at always competitive prices.
