We both come from humble beginnings.

CJ came to the United States at the tender age of 15 learning a new language and new way of life, with his mother and siblings to create the American Dream! CJ graduated and after earning a trade worked in a Fortune 500 company working his way up through the ranks.

Ginne is a first time college graduate in her family. Ginne graduated from the University of Florida (GO GATORS ?) while being a single teen mother. Often Ginne would have to take her son to class with her due to not having a babysitter. Upon graduation Ginne completed her Master’s degree and entered Coporate America as a Human Resource Manager with a Fortune 500 company where her and CJ first cross paths.

CJ and Ginne have a strong work ethic and a belief in making every interaction memorable because we all matter, from the Janitor to the CEO!
