Since 1969, Uni-Cast has been manufacturing custom designed highly complex aluminum investment castings with unmatched customer service and support. Today, through close working relationships between our customers and on-site Engineers, Uni-Cast has grown to become a leader in the investment casting industry.

In order to continue our success in the industry, Uni-Cast has maintained ISO 9001 and AS9100 certification and is NADCAP approved in all special processes. This attention to quality runs parallel with ownership that is willing to invest in new foundry equipment making the workplace safer for our employees and allowing Uni-Cast to provide castings that consistently meet or exceed our customers expectations. Size limitations are approximately 50” x 24” x 24” or 36” x 36” x 24” depending largely on geometry.

As part of Uni-Cast’s objective to maintain a leadership role in the investment casting industry we have recently development a proprietary controlled solidification process called SPARK. The SPARK process has been developed to produce aluminum investment castings with advanced strength and structural integrity superior to the traditional investment casting processes available today. The SPARK foundry is located on-site at Uni-Cast and will operate concurrent with our traditional foundry and be capable of manufacturing castings of the same size and complexity as our traditional foundry.
