Super Universal Waste LLC dba U-Waste Recycling Solutions (U-WRS) is a Universal Waste Management company that provides recycling solutions to a

U-Waste Recycling Solutions is permitted through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as a Large Quantity Handler of Universal Waste (LQHUW) for one year of UW Storage. We collect, store and transfer Universal Waste Lamps, Batteries, Mercury Containing Devices and Ballasts for final disposition to permitted, State approved off-site Recyclers. U-WRS also receives and process electronic materials in compliance with TCEQ Regulations.  Super Universal Waste LLC personnel have over 30 years experience in the field of Hazardous and Universal Waste Management.  
We offer services to our customers that help to protect our environment by recycling and is safeguarding the hazardous effects of chemicals in landfills. We offer Secure Data Destruction either at our facility or at your location.  

We have our own transportation vehicles that can arrive at your location to collect the recyclable materials in most cases within 48 hours.

U-Waste Recycling Solutions (U-WRS) accept many different type of lamps  including straight fluorescent tubes, u-shaped, mercury vapor, metal halide, arc, compact fluorescent, flood lamps, incandescent, halogen and HID lamps to name a few. 

Did you know that all fluorescent and HID lamps contain small amounts of mercury; a key element in energy efficient lighting.  Mercury is toxic and it is important that lamps and other products that contain mercury be recycled properly.

U-WRS provides environmentally compliant lamp handling solutions that are second to none.  Our facility is permitted by the EPA to accept intact and pre-crushed lamps of all types and sizes.  Fluorescent lamps will be transported to and from our facility in accordance with local state and federal regulations.  The containers will be inventoried, stored and staged prior to being shipped off site for processing.  After temporary storage, the lamps will be shipped to our downstream facility for processing.

Ballast Recycling by U-WRS is another assurance of our concern for the protection of the environment.  

U-WRS plays an important part in keeping our environment free of un-necessary contaminants associated with spent lighting ballast by properly recycling.  

Our ballast recycling services are options that reduce the generator’s liability.  The metal components from the non-PCBs ballast such as copper and steel are collected for recovery and reuse.
