Tube Fabrication and Color started in a small shop in Wautoma Wisconsin spring of 2004 manufacturing school furniture for a now sold sister company National School Lines. The whole process was done in house from the cutting of the steel, to the bending, punching, welding and finally powder coating the product on our fine 3 stage powder coating line. Tube Fabrication and Color was part of a partnership that received manufacture of the year several times and enjoyed great success.

In 2007 we moved in to our spacious 40,000 square foot facility for manufacturing, powder coat painting, and assembly allowing us to grow our business.

National School Lines and Tube Fabrication and Color went their separate ways in fall of 2009 still having a small relationship but allowing us to grow in different aspects of the business. Currently we have broadened our manufacturing capabilities and focused our attention on tube bending, tube handling, tube sawing, and powder coating for not only our self but also for other vendors.

This was made possible due to 2 recent acquisitions in the sawing aspect and bending aspect of our business. In early 2009 an Italian made tube bending machine, Starbend 450 was purchased. This machine changed how we went about our processes in tube bending. Holding tolerances and having the abilities to interpolate(make spirals) the tube. It is one of 2 in the whole state of Wisconsin that has the ability to take a piece of round stock and turn it into a circle, spiral or any type of radius you require. The other acquisition was the Adige ST 640 auto saw. This saw meant that we no longer needed to order pre cut steel. This saw can cut from .3125 of an inch round steel up to 3 inches, square tubing is as small as .50 of an inch up to 2.75 inches, and rectangular tubing as small as .50 of an inch and as big as 2.75 inches. The saw will cut as small as a 2 inch part and as long as a 10 foot part within seconds as well as deburring the part.

Our 2 additions have widened our business so much more allowing us to be a one stop shop for close to all your manufacturing needs.
