TSA’s primary focus is custom, made to order products built to your exact specifications. Founded in a small shop in 1973, TSA has seen many changes over the years. TSA is now a 70,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in South-West Omaha, Nebraska. We have the people, tools, and know how to build a wide range of products, including J bolts, U bolts both square and round, anchor bolts, eye bolts, threaded studs, full threaded bar in standard, acme, or coil, studs, wire formed products, and much more. We can handle a wide variety of jobs in our shop. Take a tour of our shop and see for yourself.

TSA also stocks a large collection of pre-made, ready to go products available for immediate pickup or delivery. Some of these include anchor bolts, both formed and headed, from 3/8″ to 1 1/4″ diameters and 6″ to 36″ lengths. We also stock nuts, washers, stud welding equipment, full threaded bar stock in standard, acme, and coil threads in 12′ lengths, and much more.

Quality at TSA is a never ending journey.  TSA continuously looks for ways to improve—looking for the tools and resources that will help us achieve the goals and level of excellence toward which we strive. This journey has had many stages presenting many challenges and circumstances that have lead to the certifications that we are so proud of today.

History of TSA

Tri-sales Associates was founded by Larry Feldhacker in the mid 1970’s. The company’s first location was a 2 bay commercial garage that was used to store the product of the former Nelson Stud Welding sales agent. Tri-Sales Associates started out as a Stud Welding Supply and welding equipment distributor.

In the next few years, Tri-Sales Associates purchased a building on Giles Road next to what would be the company’s largest customer through the late 70’s. The company expanded the sale of weld studs into the fabrication and welding of studs onto embed plates for the surrounding precaster’s and steel fabricators. In the late 70’s the steel fabricator’s asked if Tri-Sales could supply anchor bolts? The company then purchased a combination of thread rolling, cutting, and bending equipment to manufacture anchor bolts. The company soon discovered that U-bolts were another item that local customers needed.

Due to the growth of the company in the early 80’s, it became apparent that the current location would not be large enough. It was at this time the company purchase the current location of land and commenced adding 20,000 s/f to the current 20,000s/f. This lasted for 4 years until the final 30,000 s/f was added for a total of 70,000 s/f. Through the 80’s, Tri- Sales was one of the founding partners of Stud Welding Associates, a full line stud manufacturer. When this partnership was dissolved the company purchased its first National cold heading machine to make weld studs on site. Additional machines have been purchased through the years to improve quality and size availability.

In 1993 Tri-sales was looking for a machine to bend a wire form for a local concrete precaster when it came across a business for sale in Chicago. Shortly afterwards the sale of Slide Master was complete and the relocating of the business to Omaha was underway. The purchase of the 4-slide wire machinery has given the company many new avenues to help our local customer’s and is still growing today.

In 2000 Tri-sales changed its name to TSA manufacturing, to more represent its core values of manufacturing as to being a distributor. In October of 2004 Larry Feldhacker sold the company to the current owners, Craig Pohlman and Sean Reavis. The new owners have been committed to the growth and strength of the company by adding new equipment and expansion. With purchases of a new Videx U-bolt machine, Nation Bolt maker, and the addition of CNC turning and machining centers, the owners have supplied needed equipment.
