Design

Through the use of Steel Engine™, Trigon Steel is able to detail metal truss projects with greater efficiency and accuracy. Built on AutoCAD Architecture (ACA) and Aegis Design, Steel Engine provides state-of-the-art dynamic framing capabilities, to grant the cold formed industry with a comprehensive building design solution.What does this mean for you? Trigon is able to detail your project in real space, giving us the ability to find issues in the truss system, offer viable solutions, and initiate an agreed upon solution, all before they cause a delay on your project on site.Trigon Steel’s manufacturing process is based on this 3D model, allowing for the accuracy within ACA and Steel Engine to pass through from the computer screen to the physical assembly of each truss in our facility. This eliminates any potential errors when a project moves through departments.
