Michael Fallquist, Chief Executive Officer

Before becoming President and CEO of Crius Energy (TSX: KWH.UN), the company he successfully raised the equity and debt capital necessary to launch, Inc. (REH), Michael founded Viridian Energy – now one of the top 100 direct selling companies worldwide. Prior to that, he served as the chief operating officer of Commerce Energy, a publicly listed natural gas and electricity retailer serving more than 150,000 customers in multiple states. Michael earned an MBA from Cornell University and a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. He was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2012 award winner in New York, Cleantech category.

Roop S. Bhullar, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Crius, Roop was the finance director of Commerce Energy, where he was responsible for the accounting, treasury and financial planning, and analysis functions. Earlier in his career, Roop worked as the financial controller of King Country Energy, a publicly traded electric supplier and as a tax manager at Deloitte, where he provided consulting advice to energy clients and co-headed up the specialist M&A group. Roop earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Waikato in New Zealand, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Chaitu Parikh, Chief Operating Officer

A 16-year veteran of the retail energy industry, Chaitu was previously with MXenergy, a leading supplier of power, natural gas and energy products and services for homes and businesses across North America, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer before being appointed President and CEO in 2011. There, he developed business strategy, oversaw the acquisition and integration of several different businesses, and was responsible for risk management and operations. Chaitu earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Toronto. Chaitu also holds a CPA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Cami Boehme, Chief Strategy Officer

Before joining Crius, Cami served as partner and brand director for Advent Creative, a Utah-based creative services firm, and prior to that as founder and CEO of Digital Slant, a Utah-based brand consultancy. She grew Digital Slant to be listed as one of the fastest-growing companies in the state two years in a row and was also the associate director of marketing and a lecturer of the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Cami earned a B.S. in Mass Communication and an MBA from the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.

Rob Cantrell, Executive Vice President

Rob brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing leadership to his role, leading the company’s commercial sales, direct marketing and channel partnerships efforts across the U.S. Prior to joining Crius, Rob was President and Chief Operating Officer for TriEagle Energy where he oversaw the team that grew the company for more than 10 years. Earlier in his career, Rob directed business development activities for one of the largest wireless distributors in the country, where he helped countless independent dealers maximize their sales and create thriving retail businesses. Rob earned an MBA from the University of Georgia and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina.

Barbara Clay, Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Prior to joining Crius, Barbara was Vice President and Senior Counsel at MasterCard where she created the M&A legal function and assisted the newly formed public company to create a proper best in class Board and Governance function and SEC filing program. Prior to that, Barbara was Counsel at Boies, Schiller & Flexner in Manhattan where she concentrated on complex corporate matters, contractual issues and M&A. She earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Rutgers University, and earned her J.D. at Pace Law School, with a certificate in Environmental Law.

Christian McArthur, Executive Vice President

Christian McArthur draws upon more than a decade of energy industry expertise to ensure competitive wholesale energy procurement for Crius Energy and its family of brands. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Just Energy where he oversaw energy supply operations for all North American businesses. In this role, Christian led trading, risk management, customer analytics and forecasting during Just Energy’s expansion from three to 20 markets across North America, serving more than four million customers. He earned a Master of Applied Science degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Queen's University.

Kasey Cline, Vice President, Sale

Kasey joined TriEagle Energy in 2010, bringing a breadth of energy-related experience from a decade in the retail power sector. Prior to that, she held sales and operational roles in the energy industry where her process and application development expertise directly contributed to increased earnings capacity. Complimenting her power sales and process experience, Kasey has also served on the legal and contract administration teams of both energy companies and law firms.
