PACKAGED CLARIFIERS

Packaged inclined tube or inclined plate clarifiers designed for metals precipitation and inorganic solids removal applications. Standard units are available in flow capacities ranging from 18 to 180 GPM, and custom units are available for other flow rates. Our standard units incorporate the five separate unit operations (1. chemical addition and flash mix, 2. flocculation, 3. clarification and settling, 4. sludge collection and storage, and 5. treated effluent storage or polishing filtration) necessary for precipitation and clarification into a single package. CROSS-FLOW MEMBRANE FILTERS

Packaged micro-filters, and ultra-filters designed for a variety of applications. Standard units are available in flow capacities ranging from 100 to 100,000 GPD, and custom units are available for other flow rates. Our engineers will start-up your system and train your operators in how to run the system. You will receive an in depth operating and maintenance manual in addition to the training. Service Engineers are available to help you with your system at any time during the life of the equipment. FIELD EVALUATION AND CONSULTATION SERVICES

In addition to providing start-up and field support for our own products our technical staff is available to support your existing treatment system, used equipment you have purchased or a sytem you have purchased from others. We will work with your operators and engineers to evaluate your existing system and optimize its performance. We will provide a detailed written report providing recommendations for maintenance, operating procedure adjustments, etc. When appropriate we will make recommendations for upgrading or replacing your current system.
