A trusted environmental response company rooted in emergency mitigation.

Finger Lakes Environmental LLC, DBA T&R Environmental was started in 2009 to handle transportation related emergency spill and hazmat response. Alongside it’s sister company Polmanteers Sales & Service LLC., dba T&R Towing and Service Centers, T&R Environmental strived to be a leader in emergency spill response, hazmat response and traffic control, specializing as the only private company in Western New York handling hazmat tank truck incidents alongside the NYS Department of Homeland Security (DHSES), Office of Fire Prevention and Control (OFPC).

From a small humble beginning, T&R Environmental has developed into a full-fiedged, large scale environmental company routinely handling projects in excess of $5 million. Our trained staff, large equipment inventory, insurance and bonding capabilities, along with relationships with such regulatory agencies and the NYSDEC, EPA, NYSDOT, PA DEP has allowed T&R to grow into the company of today. T&R Environmental now operates out of it’s three locations in Painted Post, Bath and Victor, NY serving central and western New York as well as Northern Pennsylvania.
