TNT Sanitation Inc. is a family owned and operated trash and recycle company.

We offer Residential, Commercial, and Industrial trash services.

TNT was started in 1996 by Chris and Leonard Tobias with one truck and 100 customers.

We now have over 6000  residential customers, 400 commercial customers, 10 trucks, and 15 employees.

We provide service for all Lebanon and Berks Counties.

We are Members of The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Preparation of Recyclables:

• Remove lids and bottle tops, put the lids in the trash.
• Smash all plastic containers.
• Labels do not need to be removed.
• Rinse out all bottles and  jars to remove food residue.
• Newspapers, phone books, and magazines can be bundled and tied or placed inside grocery bags.
• Place these items beside or on top of the recycle bin.

What can be recycled:

Aluminum cans
Steel and Bi-Metallic cans
Clear and Colored Glass
#1 and #2 plastic bottles (see the recycling triangle on the bottom of the bottle)
Newsprint, phone books, magazines, and junk mail.
What not to recycle:
Cookware
Pottery
Any type of glass that is not a bottle or jar, for example, windows
Wire hangers
Yogurt, coolwhip, deli, or margarine containers
Pill bottles
Motor oil containers
Electronic Waste Recycling:

Pennsylvania's Act 108 of 2010, established an electronic recycling program.
Due to this act:
Electronic devices will be prohibited for disposal at the landfill as of January 1, 2012.
Trash haulers will no longer be allowed to haul those electronic devices with your trash.
Electronic devices must be taken to a DEP approved recycle center.
GLRA is opening a facility to recycle Household Electronics.
There will be no charge for residents to take their electronics (TVs, Computers, Monitors, etc.) to the drop off center.
Consumers may also contact the retailer where electronics are purchased to discuss recycling options.

We DO NOT add SURCHARGES to your bill.

Weekly Pickup:

• Up to Five 35 Gallon Cans or Bags of equivalent size
• Please put your trash and recycling out the night before collection.  Our work day begins at 5am.
• Please place your trash and recycling where our personnel can easily see it.
• Any items or extra trash other than your normal weekly household trash may incur an extra charge, which must be called into our office prior to your scheduled pickup date.
• Do not put anything near your trash that you do not want to be disposed of.
• Please DO NOT put out hot ashes.  We will take them if they are completely cold and in bags.
• We do remove bulky items at an additional cost.

Unlimited Recycle pickup Every Other Week in Mandated Municipalities:

• Place commingled recycle items into a recycle bin the night before collection.

**Notice: As of January 1, 2012, Electronic devices will no longer be picked up with the trash.  The Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority (GLRA) will no longer accept Electronic devices for disposal.
