Due to the basis that the legislature created with the Recycling, Economic and Waste Act, the question of the recycling of various office items is increasingly in the foreground. We offer you a complete reusable program for all toner and ink containers as well as ribbon cassettes.

As part of the reprocessing, the individual components - which would otherwise be lost to the raw material cycle - are dismantled into their assemblies, cleaned, checked, replaced if necessary, and then refilled.

Since you pay the storage and disposal costs with the purchase price when purchasing new goods, you can save up to 50% of the purchase costs with the reusable program. We give you a 12 month guarantee on the mileage, the print image and the quality.

By consistently using high-quality spare parts, we can increase the service life of a toner module by a factor of ten.

With our system, up to 75% of the material can be reused every time a toner module is recycled.

We would be happy to provide you with a refill product for your device that you only pay for if you are satisfied with its performance and quality.

If reusable products are not to be used in your company, we of course offer you the complete range of photocopier, ink and laser printer cartridges, ribbon cassettes and other accessories as well as consumables as original products.

If you buy original products from us, we will of course take back the empty modules from you free of charge or - for various products - against payment. The reimbursement amounts often change at short notice according to the market situation, so please ask us by email or fax if necessary or download our current empties reimbursement list as a PDF file under the link "News" (Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free of charge from Adobe). Unfortunately, we cannot buy empty modules from other reusable manufacturers.

For your safety, TKR-Tietz has been certified as a waste management company for toner and office supplies. The first certification was carried out in 1999 by the Hamburg Environment Agency

Since no specialist waste disposal company for toner and office items had been certified by the Hamburg Environment Agency by then, the Environment Agency developed the guidelines together with our company. In the meantime, a successful re-certification has been carried out.
