Titan Offers the ability to manufacture a variety of assemblies. Assemblies included are Wire, Cable, Stamped and Machined. In addition to spring making, our in house capabilities are EDM, Metal Stamping, Wire Forming, CNC Machining and a variety of custom tool designs. Outside we contract other reputable companies to help with Metal Finishing, Heat Treating, Chemical Etching, Laser Cutting, Precision Welding and Plastic Injected molding that meet the expectations and needs of the customers we work with. All subcontracted components are inspected and certified for quality, before assembly to make sure to best fit the customer’s specifications and needs.
