Thermalex quality and environmental management systems are registered, certified and maintained by NSF International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR). Thermalex was initially certified with ISO-9002 registration standard in 1994 and QS-9000 in 1998. Current registrations are TS-16949 since 2007 and ISO-14001 since 2014.

Five state-of-the-art high capacity extrusion presses produce some of the world’s most intricate and challenging profiles, to the most rigid tolerance specifications of our highly technical thermal transfer customers. A dedicated extrusion press serves parallel flow brazed aluminum microchannel heat exchanger demand for the commercial and residential products of the HVAC industry. Old copper tube heat transfer technologies are just not able to compete with the new thermal transfer capabilities of Thermalex Micro-Flow extruded aluminum tubing. Today’s HVAC demands for higher efficiency and smaller, lower cost products are a key driver for this new Thermalex microchannel market.Extrusions are available in Aluminum Association Alloys as well as Thermalex long life alloys and supplied as either cut-to-length or level-wound extruded coils.Thermalex strives to provide the finest Micro-Tube Extrusions by constant improvement in processes and extrusion efficiencies.
