Sanibel residents since 1972, John and Pat established a jewelry and gift shop in Sanibel's first shopping center.  Founded in 1975, The Cedar Chest is a favorite Sanibel Island destination for locals, vacationers, and day trippers from Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and all of Southwest Florida.  One step inside our doors and you'll see why!
