Through our subsidiary companies and under permits from Texas state regulatory agencies, Texcom Inc. currently owns and operates two Class II waste disposal facilities within the State of Texas:

• Eagle Ford Environmental Services, LLC – strategically located in the heart of the Eagle Ford shale play in Atascosa County, Texas – 18 miles south of Jourdanton and three miles north of McMullen County, EFES launched its injection well operations in January 2012 and is permitted to dispose of up to 20,000 barrels of salt water waste per day. A second well was put into service in Q4 2013. Our 24-hour vehicle and container washout services are available at this site as well.

• Texcom Inc. Environmental Services (TES)  – As a result of Texcom Inc., Inc’s acquisition of the business and assets of ALMAC Environmental Services, Inc., and ALMAC, LLC, one of the leading providers of NORM (naturally occurring radioactive material) consulting, risk assessment, training, and decontamination services in the world, Texcom Inc. Environmental Services, LLC (“TES”): has been formed.
