Tecnogarden Service Srl was founded in 1996 to build and manage a composting plant for plant waste from the maintenance of parks and gardens. Once the Vimercate MB (1998) and Roma Spinaceto (2003) plants were built and started up, Tecnogarden carries out a real urban service for the recovery of plant and wood waste with the production of raw materials.

The products obtained from recycling plants are compost, an agricultural fertilizer, and wood. The markets for which the products are intended are agricultural but above all horticultural, air treatment plants limited to biofiltration, the chipboard production industry and biomass power plants for energy production.

By implementing its own processes with mobile systems, shredders and screens, Tecnogarden has greatly developed its work for third parties; in addition to shredding and screening carried out at composting plants, the most varied processes are carried out both in the waste disposal sector (shredding MSW, wood, plastic, bulky materials; screening of soil and aggregates; sorting of waste and loose products) and in various production sectors .

Contracting immediately led Tecnogarden to take on more important commitments and to the provision of complex services and services; reclamation operations were therefore carried out, often carried out in association with other companies, and management of waste treatment plants. In conjunction with the start-up of large power plants in Italy for the production of electricity from biomass, Tecnogarden has activated a specific forestry business branch for felling, forestry maintenance interventions and recovery of woody biomass that can be used as fuel.

Tecnogarden has a work force of around 30 employees and over 15 specific mobile machines for shredding and screening.
