TEHNO EKO PAK is a company, one of the founders of which is Hamburger Recycling Group GMBH AUSTRIA, through its daughter company Tehnopapir Beograd. Hamburger Recycling Group was founded way back in 1853 and today is one of the leading European companies for the production and recycling of paper. TEHNO EKO PAK is a company that was founded as a not-for-profit, "self-aid" organization, which advocates for solving the issue of collecting and disposing of packaging waste, as well as for harmonizing the Law on Waste Management and the Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste with laws from the same field that exist in the EU, and above all in accordance with Directive 94/62/EU. TEHNO EKO PAK, as the operator of the packaging waste management system, is authorized by the Ministry of the Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Serbia to organize the collection and recycling of packaging waste on behalf of economic entities and, as a non-profit organization, to invest the collected funds in the development of the packaging management system waste in the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia.

TEHNO EKO PAK is a non-profit organization open to all interested companies that are socially responsible and aware of their role in preserving the environment. The company's mission is to establish and daily improve the optimal packaging and packaging waste management system on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Also, the mission of Tehnoekopak is to return the trust shown to us by our clients by transferring their legal obligations to us, with quick, economical and long-term solutions. The goal of the company is the successful management of an efficient and sustainable system for the collection, recycling and processing of packaging waste, in cooperation with clients, to minimize the impact of packaging waste on the environment and to promote a responsible attitude towards packaging waste, its reduction, recycling and reuse.
