Tech Help Boston was born in 2015 from the merger of two top-rated, Boston-area computer repair and home technology companies, Boston Teks and Geek Housecalls. Both companies have highly-trained, expert staff who strive to deliver top-notch tech services and customer service experiences. After years of happy customers and tremendous business growth for both companies, the unique opportunity to combine businesses arose when Dave Ehlke, co-founder and owner of Geek Housecalls, planned to retire. Dave Ehlke wanted to find the right person to carry on his tradition and style of putting his customers and employees first, so, as the story goes, Dave searched on Angie’s List to see who had an “A” rating. He found only one other comparable company – Boston Teks and its owner, David Elmasian. Dave Ehlke reached out, and within a few minutes, he realized that David Elmasian was the right choice. David, owner of Boston Teks, knew immediately this was an amazing opportunity to combine top tech forces to become the premier tech repair and support company in the Boston area. What we do

We fix your broken PC and Mac computers, get rid of nasty viruses, retrieve lost data, and basically troubleshoot as needed. We also have a full range of training, setup, installation and tech support for most any home technology device. This includes tablets, smartphones, secured wireless home networks, home technology such as security cameras, home theater equipment, home automation equipment such as remote-controlled lights and thermostat, and vehicle technologies, including GPS and Bluetooth.

We come to your home to work with you, and also offer the option of connecting to you remotely to solve your issues.
