The new market opportunities created with the economic boom then push the Tanara brothers to make the first, important choices that give the company the characteristics that still distinguish its business today, transforming it from a simple metal trade to that of a refinery of non-ferrous metals.
The production capacity of the company is about 100t / month of copper alloy in blocks.
Production takes place through the use of a direct combustion rotary kiln (Gas and Oxygen), with a capacity of about 2.5t per melting (with daily cycles of 2 melts / g).
The alloy casting process is still carried out by hand by the expert workers, who have been present in the company for over two decades.
This allows to provide its customers with a product without equal in terms of uniformity of composition, dimensional accuracy, and processing finish.
The ingots are finally subjected to various and very careful quality controls (chemical analysis with a spectrometer, visual check of the presence of any slag, sample weighing), and then packaged and prepared for shipment according to the specifications provided by the customer.
