The history of our production begins in 1936, when an enterprise was created that became the basis for OAO TOPZ Firma Resurs. Over time, the range and volume of products constantly grew, new directions appeared. So since 1991, one of the subsidiaries has been launched, which is engaged in the processing of waste paper, cullet, rubber throughout the Central Federal District in the amount of about 1300 tons per month. And since 1999, under the brand name "Best Style", the production of modern products has started - toilet paper, paper napkins, dispensers, wet wipes, etc. Today we represent several specialized areas, being one of the market leaders.

On 3 hectares there are production and storage facilities of 3000 m 2 , more than 100 permanent employees are employed, there is its own transport site (various vehicles with a capacity of 10 to 120 m 3 ). Favorable location (3 km from the highway Moscow-Tambov P22) guarantees convenient logistics and transport accessibility of warehouses for shipment of goods in any direction. All this allows the plant to produce 9,000,000 rolls of finished products per month! And this is only a partial standard load (on a day shift), a potential increase in production can significantly increase output - up to 16,000,000 rolls per month, which guarantees reliable delivery of products to all customers in the required volumes. Currently, the range of products includes about 70 items - ordinary economy toilet paper, white toilet paper with embossed on the sleeve, paper towels, cellulose paper of two or more layers, paper and wet wipes of various types, and much more.
