Tamaqua Transfer & Recycling is a municipal solid waste collection and disposal company and a recycling collection and marketing company. We service small and large municipalities in Northeast Pennsylvania. We have been providing service to the greater Northeast since 1998. 

PICKUP  INFORMATION

Garbage should be out by 11:59 PM the day before collection. All material must be bagged in 50 gallon bags or smaller. Bags cannot weigh more than 50 pounds. 

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

If a holiday falls on Monday - Friday, all collections will be one day later. For example, if a holiday falls on a Monday, then Monday collection will be done Tuesday, Tuesday will be done Wednesday continuing through the week until Saturday, meaning that Friday pickup will be done on Saturday.  If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there is no change in schedule.
