Synergistic Power Systems Corporation began in 1994 in Dallas, Texas. Bill Knipp, already with a very successful 35-year career in the battery industry, and his partner Pete Nelson with 10 successful years in the electric supply industry joined forces to found the company. Bill and Pete started the business as representatives and distributors of DC power-related products and services.  As distributors of emergency lighting, uninterruptible power supplies, and other back up battery systems, Synergistic Power has provided superior quality products and services to its customers for many years.   We are conveniently located just northwest of downtown Dallas in close proximity to several major highways. Our service area includes a five state region: Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
