History
The company was founded in 1950 as a labor cooperative. Over the years, the name of the company has changed, but the ownership status has not changed. It still operates under the Cooperative Law as a labor cooperative.
Since its inception until now, the company's activity has been the purchase and sale of recyclable materials. In the years 1950 - 1998, the basic purchased raw material was steel scrap, followed by non-ferrous metals and waste paper.
Recently, before the entry into force of the Act on waste, the market began to show interest in all waste generated in a given unit, in particular in plastics such as foil, PET bottles and glass cullet. After the Act on waste enters into force, many companies are interested in collecting all their waste. Therefore, we decided to meet the demand and obtained, by the decision of the Mayor of Wrocław, a permit to carry out activities consisting in the collection and transport of a large range of waste, including hazardous waste. We also have a permit to collect used electrical and electronic equipment.
In order to facilitate the process of waste delivery to our company, we have made available to some of our customers, who produce large amounts of homogeneous waste (scrap, waste paper, PE foil), the possibility of using metal containers with a capacity of 10 to 36 m3 for their independent cyclical loading. The loaded container is replaced by telephone.
To cope with this task, the Cooperative has its own transport base. As we have several dozen metal containers, we also have special cars for their transport.
We have our own land in the industrial district of Wrocław with an area of 12,000 m 2 . We have a renovated office building, a storage hall for the processing of waste paper with an area of 1,217 m 2 , 3 halls with a total area of 400 m 2 for other waste and a paved yard. The remaining collection points and warehouses are leased from the commune or the railways. To facilitate loading and unloading, larger collection points have forklifts, Bobcat and Fadroma loaders. We have several electronic scales for more precise weighing of waste. Some of the collected waste is baled in a computerized hydraulic press in order to reduce its volume and thus increase the efficiency of transport.
The cooperative is entered into the National Court Register - Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000155911.
It has the REGON identification number 000425142, NIP number: 896-000-31-83 and registration number: 000029012
We have signed contracts for the supply of waste, which guarantees the certainty of their proper management in accordance with the Act on waste. We focus on reliable and comprehensive service for our suppliers.
