Mobile Flash Vaporization System

The Strongbox Solution Flash Vaporization System has seen commercial success in the vaporization of produced water in the field of oil and gas extraction, and is currently being evaluated for use in dewatering coal ash ponds. Our system is clean, efficient, and is designed to reclaim and reuse energy throughout the process. The Flash Vaporization System is also designed to destroy unwanted and harmful compounds such as BTEX, HAPS, and other organics—separating the clean water from heavy metals, salts, and other contaminants.

Industrial Wastewater Disposal

Strongbox Solutions has developed and commercialized a Mobile Flash Vaporization System (“MFVS”) that flash vaporizes excess water from aqueous solutions, such as industrial wastewater, and condenses the residual solution of salts, metals, and minerals into a concentrated slurry for disposal.

The MFVS has been proven to vaporize up to 90% of the incoming industrial wastewater while simultaneously destroying Hydrocarbons, VOCs, and BTEX chemicals in the process.
