The company, which was founded by August Stock after the end of the war in Varel as a metal recycling company, moved to Wiefelstede-Spohle at Riedenweg 8a after moving in 2005. After the takeover by Christian Dieluweit in 2008, the company premises now extend to 8,000 m². The construction of a modern office building, the renovation of the metal hall and the expansion of the factory equipment allowed the company to grow further. For example, recycling plants such as scrap shears and a briquetting press have been set up, which enable recyclable materials to be recycled more effectively. The fleet was also expanded to include modern trucks, excavators and wheel loaders.

The company has been certified as a waste management company since 1999 for the waste management activities of the collection, transport, storage, treatment as well as trading and brokering of scrap steel and metal as well as other waste such as lead batteries and catalytic converters.

In 2016, the first thoughts of relocating the company for the purpose of expanding the company were taken. In 2018, a new company site, approx. 3 km from the current location, was acquired in the newly emerging Wiefelstede-Herrenhausen industrial estate. According to current plans, the site currently under construction is to be occupied in spring 2021. With the relocation of the company, the current portfolio will also be expanded, as the expansion of innovative plant technologies means that various types of recycling materials can be processed more efficiently and returned to the material cycle. As a company, we create efficient and targeted processes that not only create jobs and strengthen the region, but also help protect the environment.
