The company " Container service - scrap trade - clearing out - demolition" founded by Johannes Joa in 1972 was taken over by the founder's son, Stefan Joa. Due to the tragic death of Stefan Joa, his son, Andre Joa, takes over the management and continues to run the company. On December 1st, 2003, Joa relocated its business premises to the Seestrasse-Ost industrial estate in Wölfersheim. In Leituch 8 there is a company site that after its expansion at the end of the last year has around 5000 square meters. Scrap trading and container service Joa is now a modern company that has been certified in the waste management sector since May 2005 .Every year the company subjects itself to state certification inspections. This ensures that the management is up-to-date with all types of disposal at all times. This knowledge is of course applied for the benefit of the customers.

For some time now, the Joa company and its eleven employees have also been accepting green waste. In this context, there was also the desire of the private garden and house owners to obtain material for their own home. Thanks to the expansion of the company premises, everyone can now purchase sand, gravel, crushed stone, masonry sand and beef mulch in all desired quantities in one bucket from Joa.
