Furthermore, these companies, as a group, have outperformed gold bullion, the S&P/TSX Global Gold Index, as well as the S&P500 over the last decade.

By specializing in a unique partnership model with sliding scale structures and real options, our objective is to be fully aligned with our counterparties and to provide our investors with increased leverage to rising precious metal prices and optionality. We only structure mutually beneficial agreements and we aim to become the preferred mine financing partner for producers, developers and explorers. Our backgrounds are focused on royalty and stream financing, capital markets, corporate development, investment management, mining operations and mineral exploration. Without the requirement of operations teams, we are able to manage a diverse portfolio and generate higher cash flows per employee with minimal corporate overheads.
