About Company

Under the term recycling of waste raw materials, plastics, we primarily mean the processing of all types of polyethylene and polypropylene (PE and PP) in any form of raw material. When it comes to polyethylene, these are the most common foils for everyday use in food and the like. Polypropylene raw material is usually in the form of hard, bulky objects of various shapes and purposes.

Plastic recycling is the separation and sorting of plastic materials from waste and its reuse. Plastic waste is a very complex substance because its chemical composition varies from plastic to plastic. It is very important to separate the plastic by type first. There are seven types of plastic that are most commonly recycled. These types of plastics have their own recycling labels for easier separation. It is best if there are possibilities to separate plastic waste at the place of its origin.

The sorted plastic goes to further treatment, which consists of washing and cleaning the sorted plastic. Washing and cleaning is done for more efficient use in further production. The next phase of plastic recycling is shredding in special plastic grinding mills. Larger pieces of plastic are cut into smaller pieces for easier placing in the mill. Thus ground plastic in the jargon known as "grind" can be of various granulations depending on the sieve on the mill. Plastic can be separated by color before grinding, but it does not have to. The obtained granulate can be used immediately in the process of production of plastic objects and can also go through the regranulation phase. This re-grinding phase is performed with regranulators. The obtained plastic regranulate is directly used in the process of manufacturing plastic objects.
