History and present of Stabilplastik

Manufacturer of recyclable plastic pallets Stabilplastik The company Stabilplastik, spol. s ro was founded in 1997 and is currently the largest manufacturer and exporter of transport pallets made of recycled plastics in the Czech Republic.

As a result of growing demand, the number of production lines was expanded in 2005 and production was moved to a new site in MÄ›šice near Prague, which meets the strict conditions of the EIA recycled plastics processing permit .

The product range mainly includes plastic pallets and barriers . At present, most of the production is for export and Stabilplastik pallets are also required due to the growing requirements of exporters for the hygienic safety of pallets, when wooden pallets need to go through a relatively complex process of pickling and certification. Since the beginning of its existence, the company has been pro-innovative and during its existence it has built up strong know-how in the field of plastics processing and production of transport pallets.

Stabilplastik further invests in product development and is able to offer its customers solutions individualized to their needs. Leading Czech universities with a technical focus and specialized workplaces focused on the use of recycled plastics are involved in development cooperation.

In addition to its main focus, Stabilplastik also deals with the purchase and recycling of waste plastics, especially polyethylene and polypropylene.

One of the main advantages of our products is that at the end of their service life or in the event of damage, they can be taken back by our company for their recycling .
