SS Manufacturing is in the metro Charlotte area in Kannapolis North Carolina.

By using top rated software combined with CNC (Computer Numeric Control) manufacturing equipment, SS Manufacturing can design and develop products that provide the highest performance, consistency, aesthetics, and “Bang for the Buck”. Because they perform both the designing and manufacturing in-house, their products are designed with the manufacturing in mind, thus creating an efficient, cost-effective process. This allows them to deliver products that would usually be considered “out of the price range” and make them available to enthusiasts of all levels.

Our History…

SS Manufacturing was founded by Clay Stephens and Skyler Schipper in 2014 to provide mechanical design and machining services. Because of their background and expertise, SS Manufacturing had the opportunity to manage and maintain Tyler McQuarrie’s Formula Drift program for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. In 2016 SS Manufacturing focused more on designing and manufacturing, providing services to many local Charlotte businesses including Vaughn Gittin Jr’s companied, RTR Motorsports and Mustang RTR.

2017 became a very fun year as SS Manufacturing teamed up with RTS (Race Tech Services) to design, test, develop, and manufacture the BMW E46 front and rear suspension. The kit was designed for Alex Heilbrunn in the Formula Drift Series and has proven to be a huge success with instant podium finishes and consistent performance.

SS Manufacturing is currently proving that their vision is becoming a reality!
