SRP Secondary Raw Material Production Gmbh has adapted the former waste composting plant of TOP Umweltservice GmbH to the state of the art.
Since the plant was commissioned in summer 2008, commercial waste from industrial and commercial operations has been processed using highly specialized units. Recyclable materials such as metals and wood and glass are returned to the material cycle.
The light fraction is used as a secondary fuel in co-incineration plants. Residual fractions are thermally recycled or sent to biological treatment. In addition, a mechanical system for processing residues from waste glass recycling is operated at the Pöchlarn location.
