THE SurePath® SOLAR PPA

A SurePath® Solar PPA, or Power Purchase Agreement, is a long-term agreement between sPower and a customer to provide solar electricity at guaranteed rates. sPower provides the design, financing, maintenance and support for all elements of the solar electric system, including management of rebates and other government financial incentives. The customer buys only the generated electricity.

sPower's Commercial Energy Division owns and/or operates distributed energy projects including solar and efficiency measures. sPower has partnered with schools, universities, cities and large corporations in successfully delivering distributed solar energy generation projects.
