The activity of the motor transport communal unitary enterprise "Spetskommunavtotrans" ( State Enterprise "Spetskommunavtotrans") of the Main Production Department of Housing of the Minsk City Executive Committee was restored by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Minsk City Council of People's Deputies dated September 5, 1994 No. 73.  

The main activities are the collection and removal of solid and liquid household waste, the provision of motor transport, repair, diagnostic work (services), health services at the Lesnaya Polyana recreation center   The enterprise serves more than 2,000 customers, the annual volume of collection and removal of solid domestic waste is more than 3.9 million cubic meters, liquid - more than 75.0 thousand cubic meters per year. In the sector of individual residential development in Minsk, 17,068 homeowners are served with an annual volume of waste removal of about 180.0 thousand cubic meters.  

For the implementation of planned and regular collection and disposal of waste, 128 sites have been formed to serve the city's housing stock and legal entities, 39 sites to serve private sector homeowners.   The car repair shop consists of sections for maintenance, current repairs, hydraulics, engine, tire fitting, forging, pre-production, rubber products, etc. 112 people work. During the year, about 2850 technical services are carried out, more than 2700 current repairs, 24 thousand spare parts of the revolving fund are manufactured and restored on their own.  

The enterprise has dressing rooms and shower rooms for 620 people, a sports and recreation complex for 3,500 visits per year, a Lesnaya Polyana recreation center located in the Svir Lake area of ​​the Myadel district for 76 people, a gym, rest rooms, food intake and women's hygiene, a library with a book fund of more than 10 thousand copies and a reading room with 12 seats.
